  • HELP Having an issue with my big blue 300 on CV wire !

I have an issue with my big blue 300. I have a miller 30A spool gun with the Miller WC-24 Weld controller hooked up to my Miller big blue 300. For some reason, when i put it on the CV wire setting, the voltage will not adjust, it is just stuck on 37.6 volts. It adjusts fine on the stick and TIG settings, but not on the CV wire setting. It worked fine last time i used it, i have no idea what the issue is .. anyone ??? Thanks.

It actually worked fine yesterday ... i forgot to screw the cap on the 14 pin and i think it may have corroded the terminals a bit .. i sprayed some electric parts cleaner in in the night before. Reconnected it and fired up the machine .. worked like normal
