Looking for elbows

What you could do is get a straight 90 ,find pipe to fit inside,drill hole bolt together.You can do the same thing to replace or repair straight pieces

i work on a lot of those tarp systems. Repair the piping is a pain as there's no standard size, even within the same manufacture. If you were to call the tarp manufacture you'd lose your mind at the cost. I've always used fencing tube and swaged it up to size. There mostly just a hair bit different size the standard fence pipe.

You could you exhaust pipe, but I've found that it bends up too easily, but if the customer wants cheap(I know how bad driver can screw them up and how fast), you could always call up an exhaust shop and see what they would charge to bend you up a bunch.

I use black iron pipe and threaded fittings to make my 90's and 45's. Quick, easy and makes changing out a section easy.

I have been looking for slip on tube elbows & can't find a source. The elbow seems to be the same diameter as the tube but has swagged ends to slip inside the tube which is approximately 1" id with about an .060 wall. Looks like the tube is 1" EMT or very close. Radius seems about 2" or 2.5", swag is 3" long. I have looked all over the internet & no luck. I thought they were just fence parts but nothing there either. Any help will be appreciated. Looking for maybe 20 pcs. If it was just one or two I'd make sleeves but for 20 I just want to buy. Thanks.

They kind of look like tent parts too. Not like camping tents, but like trade show type metal pole frame tents. Maybe those holes are for push button detents or something? <br />

A dump truck driver can destroy anything. Make them out of unobtainium and they'll still trash them.

These are the upper corners for spring loaded tarp arms on a single axle dump truck. It is a very cheap/flimsy set up. The customer likes these as they are cheap in cost, easy to fix & they say it doesn't matter how strong they make them the guys destroy them all so why not just go cheap. Some other place came up with this idea but they can no longer find the guy. It looks like it uses all off the shelf items from Lowes or something but can't find the elbows. Here is one of there other trucks. This one is slightly different with longer springs than the I am supposed to fix now but gives you an idea. Looks like garage door springs. The one I'm fixing they just cut the springs to whatever size works. These trucks are all in poor shape.
