Cutting and Notching, angles. Need some help

When building something like that a mig welder with bare wire is your best friend. Fit up doesn't have to be exact because you can fill in gaps easily & quickly.

What's wrong with being scandinavian? That's awfull nice of ya, right back at ya.
I did take my time, its true! I admit it...... Too much planning and being thrown everywhere else, I did all of that on like 3 hours a day type of thing until I said, that's it! I've had it. I am finishing it, worked from 2 PM till 6 AM and got it done.
Could've used those beers right then.

Well, thanks for all the pointers and help, here is the finished tire rack, all painted and loaded up.
I had to build a duplicate of an existing one which is the one behind mine.3 Photos
