    Feel free to post any of your most beautiful TIG welds here.

    I always like seeing TIG welds and it makes me want a TIG machine even more.
    Thermal Arc 185TSW, Lincoln SP135+, 4-post automotive hoist, 2x media blast cabinets, 50 ton press, 80gal air compressor, 4-1/2"x6" bandsaw, 4'x4' Torchmate CNC table with plate marker, Hypertherm Powermax 65 plasma cutter, ultrasonic cleaning stations

        I wont guess the settings but #2 looks like the weld on the left and #3 looks like the weld on the right.

          GTA, are you using ultra high purity helium with the DCEN? The penetration is fantastic. Could you elaborate on the machine and settings regarding this procedure. I have done alot of aluminum with my syn 350 in the last few months but never on anything except AC, balance on 10, 50%He/50%Ar(for the thicker stuff), Zirconated tungsten.

                            Those guys cant be human, really fellas that is obscene to be that tallented.I generally feel pretty talented with my welding but not any more, darn. BTW- great stuff now I just need a few hundred more hours of arc time.

                              Dan - I gotta agree with the guys here - those are the best welds I've ever seen. They really do look like a machine did it - great job! This reinforces that fact of PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE....
