Synchrowave 250 - Water Line

I have an early 2000's Synchrowave 250 and having trouble replacing the water hose between the coolmate and the 250. It is a red hose, ~10" long with two different size reverse threads. My couple welding shops can't seem to figure out the part number to replace it. Can someone help with a part number, please? Or is this something I just take down to hoseman and have them rebuild it?
