  • Looks like Miler is CENSORING Posts

I posted a comparison between Miler and Lincoln Electric pricing using data from the public domain and company SEC filings and the Miller Moderator deleted my post --- talk about smelly !

  • #2
I guess Miller doesn't want anyone to know they're making DOUBLE the profit on their welders --- slimey when they delete posts.

Oh man, I am terribly upset that Miller electric is turning a profit. How dare those capitalist pigs take advantage of those that care to utilize their quality products as a means to feed their families. That's it, I've had it! I won't buy another miller product for the rest of the day!!

Gee Francis.... I should be upset that Miller/ITW is a well run profitable company that leads the industry in innovation... quality... and customer service.....????? Not Likely...

Your rants add nothing useful to the conversation of welding ......

        READ YOUR TERMS of USE

Your trusted destination for welding resources, support and high-performance products. Count on Miller to help with your welding projects and challenges.

        .

Why not go back to the RED forum...??.... they don't have one..??.... too bad for you....

Gee, making money by making quality products, how dare they!

They may just be making better products, its like saying a pair of ****ies are cheaper than Levi's and complaining Levi's is making money, its because the quality is better. That's all, take it or leave it. You like cheaper welders, go Red. You like em "expensive" go blue.

If that upsets you, for the good of your stress level and blood pressure, please don't go looking at other high-quality companies in other industries. Everyone can choose for themselves whether they think a premium price is worth it for premium quality, or whether they'd rather buy for less. I am not rich by a long shot, but I use an iphone, iPad, Miller welders, and Milwaukee power tools. My phone has never caught fire. My iphone and iPad always work. My Milwaukee tools outlast three of the cheapies I bought before I learned my lesson about quality. My welders always work, and work very well. Many companies have been destroyed by the race to the bottom. I just hope Miller can continue to make a profit so we don't lose yet another quality company. I used to be able to buy a ***tag washer that would last 30+ years; now I get only about a third of that, with luck, from my *****pool /***tag. And once the quality went down to sell for a lower price, they wait a couple of years and raise the price back to where it was when the quality was there.

Do I wish miller would sell for less? Sure, doesn't everyone want a lower price? Do I want there to be no top quality sources left in any industry? No. So,as stated earlier, buy what you feel is best for you and let others do likewise. No harm, no foul. Live and let live. Just stay on the high road.

I was one of the ones who complained and flagged FrancisJ's post.....

a juvenile attempt to promote RED and denigrate Miller....

not a very friendly act..... considering ... he is a GUEST in Miller's house...

maybe he would be happier elsewhere..........

BTW... removal of offensive posts is SOP.... nothing sinister about it....

Maybe he should start a "Red Machines Matter" self help group and stand in traffic with the rest of the crybabies. PROFIT! GASP, the horror! Evil greedy corporations making money in America, building top quality machines in America, by Americans, making jobs in America. We should all definitely start standing in traffic now demanding our free Lincoln Obama Welders, I mean they are made in Meheco, and China, and Italy, and... How'd that Mexican NFL game turn out by the way? Friggin retards.

                        Oooooooh.

Miller is not just a brand or a welder, its way of welding. I love how defensive we all get about Miller
