The Dynasty 280DX is better yet....

Not a deal breaker for me even if I was regulated to working from home on single phase duty cycle is more than enough with all 3 machines at 250 amps I'm not a 24 7 production shop mostly aluminum castings would be at upper limits of machines, aspect and dynasty are about same money esab is 1500 less lots of decisions to make, the website erased my original reply which was more detailed said something about the string I entered not good

You do know that it only puts out 375 amps on 3phase....??

on single phase it is only a 250 amp machine....

I would like to say again it's not personal to anyone, it's more the equipment side I would think they (miller)would want input on website while on subject of fourm try to answer a reply or start one it has a override pop up that won't let you post (sometimes)you lose what you typed and I ain't no secretary I type slow I like catalogs better anyway but it's nice to have Internet also

I should have clarified, the site for equipment was looking for a part # for dx280 and dx350 machine only or at least as much info as a catalog page with out downloading a bunch of pdf pages so I could shop local but get comparison from Internet price, it's way to hard to navigate, not knocking miller, esab is just as hard to if not worse website looking at the Heliarc 281i from them, and lincoln aspect 375 the only one of these I have used it's real nice,

It is what it is I guess. I can't do pics unless they come out real tiny. If I post them to FB then copy here they are fine. I still can't message anyone and that sucks. So I post about 1/3 of what I would and far less than I have done. I don't use a smartphone and my pc with whatever system it uses sucks compared to my old one. I liked my windows XP but its gone. So I basically just cruise and look for spammers. Picked up a new hobby sewing and put 3 welders 3 lathes and a mill up for sale. Just don't have time for everything...Bob

I have a 1980 miller 44D. It was the help I received from this forum that I was able to get the welding side working. I have no problem with the site

I use the iPhone app almost exclusively and I do have quite a bit of trouble with it. A lot of times it doesn't load. It's moody as ****. Uploading pictures is awful. But...it's not the Internet according to Ryan jones and the same goes for the forum. I am grateful for what I can get and for the people I've become acquainted with on here. All things considered, I say...THANK YOU MILLER FOR THE FORUM!! <br />

    I don't need a refund.

Was really bad early on when they made the change. Yes this version is not user friendly and point blank bland, but works. I hardly visit anymore.
I don't think I am the only one disappointed in the changes.

Seems you cannot post pictures without uploading them to their server, which is BS. Another reason I don't visit much.

Only complaint I have is the difficulty posting pictures; otherwise, there is a lot of great communication and I for one really appreciate Miller making this available. They were not forced to make the necessary investments; they did it in an attempt to help people--and it does.

The vBulletin install might be less than perfect

    BUT…….that is not the point

There are a lot of people here helping a Whole Bunch of other folks….

And THAT is pretty worthwhile in my book
