I think the spools guns are the same voltage but push-pulls are different? The 30a is supposed to run at 0-30v (that is what the wc-24 outputs anyways) and not sure about the lincoln spool guns. The push-pulls are supposed to run at 0-24v. I was expecting the spool gun would run slower on my lincoln because of that but it actually seems to run faster then intended. All that means is that the synergic settings get messed up. Standard CV doesn't know or care what the voltage or wirefeed speed is, you as the user are gonna set it to where it runs good.

want to further confuse thing? I pulled my spoolmatic 30a apart(was checking for gas leaks) and the motor says 24v on it. Also I believe the xr30a and spoolmatic 30a are esentially the same? So maybe it's just the wc-24 that puts out the 0-30v for some weird reason. Maybe a miller tech could clear this up since if an xr30a came up for a good price I might purchase one for the lincoln.

The Lincoln Magnum Spool Gun Module appears to output 5-28 VDC, so close enough for Rock 'n Roll.

I was working on a trailer yesterday and realized that trailer wire is probably the easiest source of 7 wire cable if you go the adapter route

Look back at my other post. 654-MS3106A16S-1PW and 97-3057-1008 are the parts you need. If you cut off the miller connector you will have to map out the colors of the wires to the pins on the plug. Then swap the wire colours for the pin letters i posted. Or you could just buy the miller part #s i posted aswell for another $50 and you dont have to cut anything.
