Maxstar 161 is it the same as the 150 other than 10 amps and new screen or total change have a sth now and the tig is great but the stick leaves a little to be desired saw it on weldingsuppiesioc

What is it you find missing with the stick function on the 150? I actually really like the way it runs. Sometimes the automatic hot start is not my favorite, but otherwise, I'm satisfied.Comment

Arc seems weak don't know if mine has a hot start or not bought around 04 used 150s couple of different ones around same Era machines much better stick than mine was told something about how they are programed or something like that new one sounds pretty goodComment

Maybe you can do a reset to the factory presets in case the settings got messed with somewhere along the way? I have no idea if that's even possible.Comment
