Check the 2 trigger wires inside the gun also. They can come loose...Bob

Do you pull the machine around by the gun cable? If so, check for continuity from the machine end to the contact tip. No continuity means you pulled the cable apart inside one end or the other.

Otherwise:
Have you checked the condition of the contacts on the voltage selector switch (S2)?

Do you have AC voltage into and out of the contactor (W) with the gun trigger pulled?

AC voltage into the weld output rectifier (SR1) with trigger pulled?

DC voltage at weld output lugs with trigger pulled?

Have line feed but no arc. What could be wrong? Have checked ground cables and replaced the contactor and relay.
