Just a warning to those here.
In the last few weeks a fraudulent ebay user has been listing Dynasty 350 and Dynasty 700 welders in great condition for unreasonably low prices.
The same pictures have been used for listings by multiple ebay users, and there is an email address outside of ebay that the 'seller' wants you to use and communicate an offer to 'buy it now' outside of ebay. I'm sure that they will ask for Western Union or some other unsafe payment method.
I've notified ebay and they have taken down the listings within hours. However I can't catch every one of these, so I'd like to ask for others to keep an eye out for this fraudster and report the listing to ebay if you see it happening again. If it is too good to be true, it is probably fraud, particularly if they won't accept paypal or credit card.
