I just picked up a miller auto invision welder for $500 at a barn sale with wire feed don't really know what I got I own a boat yard and my son just did a year of welding in college ...this will be kind of a project.... I need setup pendent and want advice on changing to Manuel machine stuck on pulse program I use dc/ stick mostly but kid will use to mig aluminum

Need a real serial like 2 letters followed by 6 numbers

I have been looking used they do find them in equipment auctions I found a action company in cal that has 6 of them. i'm gonna call today as for wire feed there was mod #5076-011, p/n 177331, seriol# 0001287 I think. serial was scratched and now that I have heard I cant do it it will get done this machine looks brand new and I like projects

could I hotwire a pendent from different model ? theoretically .
