Thanks. I will contact them and see what i can get.
Yeah to me i wish i knew the pinout on the relay CR1 and a circuit board schematic.
Is there a schematic available for the circuit board.

Looked at the wiring diagram-looks like without a schematic for the board it's really tough. After checking TP1 it doesn't seem like there much to do except go into the board. In my mind, unless you're a pro circuit board fixer or designer with the right eqpt looks like you need a new board or board repair. That part number gets no hits at Miller4less but there is a hit at BRWelding for $219, with part number crossed to 226321. I would give Miller a call and check the part number. Miller4less has the second part number for $180.

I pulled the board out. I can't see anything wrong visually. No burnt traces. This welder has had very little use. Never over heated. Just at home hobby welding here and there.

No luck after jumping out the TP1.

  • Millermatic 175 no arc. No wire feed. Relay is switching

    I have a Millermatic 175.
Went to use it today and my welder would not turn the motor to feed the wire. It will not arc when the trigger is pulled. I dont hear any gas.
I do however see a red light below the relay on my circuit board and i hear that relay switching.

    Circuit board- LD-38. 207466

    Any ideas on this issue?
