No AC frequency adjustment after updating syncrowave 210

    No AC frequency adjustment after updating syncrowave 210

    Hello millerwelds forums! I'm hoping someone out there can help me get AC frequency up and running on my syncrowave 210. (My machine doesn't have the spoolmate capability in the bottom left corner, so it's not the latest model)

    Here's the scoop:

    -I hadn't had AC frequency adjustment before the newest update (May 18th 2016 release)
    -The update says that it includes AC frequency adjustment
    -After applying the update, I still don't have AC frequency adjustment

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    -I followed the instructions on the update page
    -Cleared the card of old files before adding the new ones
    -Tried resetting the machine on the tech menu
    -Also tried re-inserting the card

    All to no avail. Anyone out there have any advice? Is there a cache of older updates I can try applying?

      Jordan,

      I talked with Boon from the TIG Service team about this. I would suggest getting the serial number off your machine and give him a call so he can run through it with you and get it taken care of. Just call 920-735-4505 and ask for Boon in TIG Service.
