How come when you look up a machine on this site to see the age and manual it keeps coming up with " sorry we can locate that machine"?
It use to work all the time?

Depends on the age of the machine. The data base used in the SN lookup feature only goes back so far.

If the error message comes up in a SN search (left side of screen) then the machine needs to be looked up by model name (right side of screen) and the appropriate manual selected from the available list based on unit SN range.

Even then, really, really, really old machines aren't in the model name data base either and Miller Customer Service needs to be contacted in these cases to see if they have any information available from their other resources.
