Q's for the spool gun gurus.

New to the site with questions regarding using my Vintage to power up a Lincoln Magnum sg control module and spool gun. Neighbor ended up with this as a packaged purchase but cant use it on his mig and said to give it a try.
The connections look straight foward, but I have questions..
If it is compatible, are there any specific settings on my Vintage to dial in, and second, there are two wire speed control dials, one on the module and one on the gun...
Any steering would be greatly appreciated.
