Looking at the site terms and conditions I found only the following statement related to your question. You agree not to "upload to or transmit on the Web Site any advertisements or solicitations of business". The question is whether an individual selling a piece of used eqpt is what they have in mind. I would think what you're asking would be OK; I read that as saying they really wouldn't appreciate Lincoln or ESAB uploading their sales literature here. I confess to having sold a spool gun via conversations here. But, a strict reading of the statement may say I'm wrong. Perhaps a moderator will join this thread.

Thanks for your question, Weld dr. As long as the post is by a private individual offering pieces of equipment for personal sale, it can be considered not a "solicitation of business" for a company. We would be concerned if a post is coming from a company that deals in used equipment.
