Linking to a supplier that can help resolve an issue - such as providing a link to a business where another user can purchase a product or replacement parts, or to service equipment - is not a violation of the terms. Solicitations of business include posting advertisements for a business or product, offering to pay Forum users for their posts and endorsements on the Forum, or similar activities.

I certainly hope not. That is a huge part of the utility of the forum; can't imagine that would be prohibited.
