    Looking to set up my trailblazer 302 AC/DC tig gas, for alum, any ideas what I need to get this going??

    You may not like my answer....

    The easiest and best answer would be to plug a DYNASTY into it....

    otherwise.... get an HF-251 High Freq Box and RFC-14 Pedal

    I have done it both ways... for Aluminum TIG the DYNASTY is by far a better answer

      As what H80N suggested, just not worth all the time and effort for substandard AC Tig Welding. A spool gun for Aluminum on CV is a much better plan

        On my old Big 40 (1988) I do the same as suggested and it works great. <br />
        Spool gun for mig alum<br />
        Plug dynasty in for Tig <br />
        Best way to go. And then u hv dynasty for shop work if need, cant beat that either.
