aerowave will not shut off arc when pedal is closed

When i lift off the pedal there is still a small arc it will not shut off. if you depress the pedal the low amp arc does not change. i tried a different pedal it does the same thing.To stop the arc you have to pull the torch away from the work.also is there anywhere to find the operator manual for this machine

are you sure crater is not turned on....

Maybe this is why Miller stopped making Aerowaves. I hate them because they too noisy on AC.
