    Have you spoken to the bender manufacturer...??

    which dies do you have...?? you cannot bend any tighter than the available die set

    The Main gear is 5 inches thick by 38 inch diameter.

    It has a 10 horse 3 phaze motor with a industrial 50-1 reduction. The motor's rpm is 1100 and the gear ratio is around 100-1. It is big, I just dont know if it is useful.
