Bending 3X4 tubing

I am getting the die set made. The manifacturer does not exist anymore

I have a rotary bender with lots of power. I was wondering if anyone could Tell me the smallest bend radius I could get away with bending it to 75 degrees. The wall is .188 and I am bending it the easy way. Thanks

Have you spoken to the bender manufacturer...??

which dies do you have...?? you cannot bend any tighter than the available die set

The Main gear is 5 inches thick by 38 inch diameter.

It has a 10 horse 3 phaze motor with a industrial 50-1 reduction. The motor's rpm is 1100 and the gear ratio is around 100-1. It is big, I just dont know if it is useful.
