  • How do I remove a fuel tank from a Miller AEAD 200LE?

How do I remove the gas tank to clean it out? Will I have to remove all the motor/welder assembly? Manual didn't give me this info and this picture from the Tech Manual kind of looks like I may have to pull the motor to get to it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Joe.

You just have to remove everything above it.

Basically I merely remove all the bottom case bolts, covers , battery and hoist the top end off the bottom as 1piece. Fuel tank pops out. Looks virtually impossible, but actually is really easy.

What about the two inductors (AC-Z and DC-Z)? The cables look
short and stiff, but not stiff enough to support the inductors.

I let them hang, can always unhook them, from the windings. Though the tank easily pops out without any hassle.
