I've a CP200 with a 10A Feeder and a Tweco #4 gun. It'll lay down a good bead when I start, but after ten minutes, it won't; spitting is the best way to describe it. I did an upgrade to the 10A several years ago with "Relay Replacement Kit 122 696". Any ideas?

First of all it's a 3 phase machine, is it set for the proper power?, second, your welder coils are likely corroded, sand them down with some sand paper.. Other than that, it would be drive related as your wire may be slipping. These are really ancient machines.... -
