Does Miller do this?
Currently have two Dynasty 350's, and one MM212
4 months ago got the help 31 code on a Dyn 350, 609 hours on machine but 4 months out on warranty. Cost 2300 NOT happy at all. Wound up replacing part #267882 (power module/interconnect)
The second 350, saved the day in that case, it's at 483hrs.
Forward to yesterday, now the LED lights onMM212 front panel don't work. Advised to check with multi meter and it's a no go on voltage, it's got to go in for repairs.
I don't have a second MIG and need to keep working. Not going to buy a new one.
Had a 300 back in 02-03 and it also fried a board.
Had a wireless pedal come DOA, (one of the first ones out) replacement sent.
Love the equipment, getting a bit weary on these inverters though.
So does Miller offer a "loaner" machine when this happens? I need to keep working, but at this time have an ongoing project, can't send it in.
Also, the machine does still weld, just no lights up front. It is under warranty, but not for much longer so I need to get it in before it runs out.
