    I got a Lincoln mobilflex 200. The price seemed good and it works great so far. It hasn't had much use yet, but will pretty soon.

    My shop is 35' x 50'. Most welding is done in the centre, but not always. Shop space isn't real tight, so I was thinking along the lines of a portable unit on wheels that I can move around. It won't get a lot of heavy use. The quiter, the better.

    Need some more background info...

    how big and how "tight" is your shop...

    where are you located?? seasonal/year round temps...???

    is welding done at fixed location in the shop...?? or will it move around..??

    what is your budget for this??? will you build or buy a system..??
