Dynasty 700 problem

So I have a Dynasty 700 that has been running great until yesterday on 1/8" 6061-T6 Aluminum(5356 Filler rod). Started getting an unstable arc with nearly no cleaning action happening(black spots, blue tinged welds and severe contamination of base metal). I have troubleshooted the **** out of this **** thing. Anyone have any ideas a to what could be causing it?It happened out of the blue and nothing was changed. Here is a few details:

Thoroughly cleaned base metal again
Changed gas cylinder
Changed regulator
Checked all gas lines for leaks
Switched to unopened, fresh filler rod
Checked/changed all torch body components
Actually changed to a different torch all together
Changed arc balance settings for more cleaning
Tried a different clean base metal

IM STUMPED
