Hi I have been at a old used 350 mig no pulse. The problem is its 460/575-3ph. Can it be rewired to 220 single phase power ? Or do I need rotary converter and transformer thanks

Looks like you can run single or three phase at 460 or 575 vac.... might be able to find a step up transformer to run 230 vac... It may end up being more expensive than it's worth though...Originally posted by mikesystem View Post

I know where there is another one I 350p single phase. What the guy says the aluminum welds are getting dirty and is starting to burn tips any idea what would cause the problemsComment

set the tension as per manual guidelines... CURL..
weld parameter for filler and material being welded...
it's all in the book...
so many times "operator tweaks" have maladjusted these machines... and starting at a known baseline is a good idea...

It's a xr gun it has got 83 hours on it I bought it I pick it up Monday see if I can get it to workComment
