You will outgrow the diversion quickly. You say you don't weld a lot of aluminum, but once you can weld aluminum, those jobs seem to find their way to your work bench. And it sounds like an ordeal to get this machine to your country, so may as well only do it once. Get something that you can grow into and will be able to take advantage of as your skills improve.

yes the initial investment will be greater... but...
the combination units ar a real compromise in the TIG capabilities... once you experience the versatility of a dedicated full featured TIG machine... you will never go back...
