    What 1997CST said. Resistor R1 - 12W, 10ohm wire wound, Miller PN 030942.

    Also make sure the Normally Closed (NC) contacts in Control Relay 1 (CR1) are making contact when de-energized as these complete the brake circuit.

    The 10e uses resistors as a brake. One or more are bad.

    I have a miller cp-200 with a millermatic 10e feeder. The feeder has started to feed about 3" of wire out after I let off the trigger. Its like the motor coasts to a stop.
    Has anyone else had this problem?
