shielding gas keeps flowing when machine is powered on

    Trailworx, If the gas valve is turning on and off with the input power then I would think that a relay is stuck. If it is on all the time regardless of the input power then the valve may have some debris inside it holding it open.

    Never tried to unplug gun. I'll try it .
    probably going to take it to warranty center if it's still covered

    Many times that ends up being blob of lint of dirt that was blown down the line and lodged in the solenoid valve.. holding it open...

    disconnect and blow it backwards with compressed air.... while pulling the trigger..

    from your serial..... looks like you are right on the edge of you warrantee..

    New to forum and can't find the problem.
    when I turn the power switch on I can hear the gas flowing out the nozzle.
    my flow rate is set at 25psi

    I would appreciate any suggestions on what could be wrong.
    machine is 2 years old.
