my engine cranks fine, but the problem is when you strike an arc it idles down like you switched it to idle I'm pretty sure it's an electrical problem can someone tell me what part I need Thanks

On this machine in the parts manual is "CT1", a current transformer toroid, kinda looks like a donut.
Just got back from a trip to Cuba, and am rather busy at work. So haven't had much time to post. I do monitor the site pretty much daily though in case .something major pops up. You guys are handling the answers pretty good though.
