Welding Table Saw Blade Steel

I have an odd project in mind and I have a pile of old table saw blades and portable circular saw blades. I would like to cut out some pieces and weld them together in layers to make my project. I have a Millermatic 211 and 75/25. Spool gun too but never used it yet.

Can I mig weld this steel together? I don't even know what kind of steel they are made from but I am thinking it is some kind of stainless.
