  • Respirator use with welding helmet

I need to do some welding in a confined space. Is there a helmet that would accomodate a 2 filter, half face, respirator mask?

What you probably really need is a supplied air PAPR

I am using a Speedglas 9100xx with the Miller LPR-100 respirator with little interferference. The Miller can be had for about $28.

I would recommend the LPR-100. I use it with the Titanium 9400I and its great. But if its super confined as in no airflow, I would do the air supplied (PAPR), not just a respirator, if your welding with no fresh air then a respirator will not cut it.
          if there's a welder, there's a way
