qualification criteria of CWB testing

Hey guys, my son has completed his 12th last month and now planning to opt certification in CWB testing from Weldtech training center in Ontario. I wonder whether he is an eligible candidate to pick this stream as he has just now accomplished his intermediate studies. While surfing few webpages ( http://www.weldtechtraining.com/about-us ), I saw many other welding training courses too. I would like to know what are the qualification criteria of each and every programs cited in it. Any replies in this regards will be highly appreciated.

What exactly are you asking? Anyone can go to a college or CWB test facility in Ontario and take a weld test. Pay the money and take the test.
