Troubleshoot mig 135/175

Turn on power duty light always on
Never goes off??
Anyway to bypass??
Figure out what's wrong? Light or board?
Any suggestions welcome

Machine turns on
Fan runs
Duty light comes on immediately
Will not feed wire
Every now and then
U can turn on and will work for few minutes then duty light comes on
