i made this 1 so i could take my MM135 out in my yard. you might make somthing similer for your 210 without the top drawer as the 210 will be larger but you can make it to fit

If you're going across really rough ground you either need to make a wagon (4 pneumatic tires) or a massive hand truck (two tires). The problem with the hand truck is that you need to tip it back and between the welder and the tanks you are going to have your hands full. The wagon will to totally support the welder and the tanks and you just have to supply the mule power.

PJ s absolutely correct, build yourself a wagon instead of trying to modify what you have. You can buildit exactly the way you want it and save yourself a lot of headached in the long run.

Sounds like you either have a 154 or a 171 Cf tank. The 154 is approx 5 foot tall and the diameter is about 8". The 171 is about the same height give a couple of inches but is about 10" or so around. I run my dads old 210's he bough years ago from an airforce auction and I run two at a time on all my welders. The bottles last a long time but not too good for mobility. All my machines stay put and I simply move my feeders around so this works excellent for me. Sounds like your situatiuon with rough terrain you need a low profile bottle but you want the bottle to give you more time. You may have to purchase or lease depending on your supplier a couple of smaller bottles and plumb then in twin to a single flow gauge or flowmeter which ever you are using. Hope this helps you out

You'll be better off if you build what you need. I have 80CF tanks and they don't last very long with heavy use, they are slightly taller than the machine. I would suggest building something similar to a wagon rather than just upgrading the wheels on the factory running gear.

does anyone know if miller sells pneumatic tires for the mig welders, because i have to pull the welder over some rough ground...

or should i just get some from a hardware store and built it myself?

im also wondering about tank sizes, im not really sure how big i have but its rather large its about 2ft taller than the welder itself... how many cf is this , and is there a tank thats the same hieght as the welder, that lasts for a reasonably long time and is worth getting?
