Has anyone here used a Steelman portable welding bench?

Read about it in Popular Mechanics, and seems like it might be handy for the hobbyist with limited workspace to dedicate to a heavy welding bench or table.

I have had one for over a year now. It is a nice table, made overseas. It has a expanded metal top with a stud on the bottom side for a ground cable and also has a holder for your mig gun on the side. Folds down flat and easy to handle, I think the load rating is about 600 lbs. They sell for around $180.00, it would be hard to build something as nice for less.
