    You can run it on any CC power source, a unit having AC might be in your better interest though.

    I put a Lincoln HF box on my old Linde arc welder. I added a rectifier to get DC.

    HF 21, what power source?

    Hi. I just ran across a deal on a complete Tig setup using an HF-21 high-frequency unit for aluminum welding. All it needs is the power source. Wondering what source I could use that would fit my needs / budget. Something cheap that I could possibly add a wire feed to later. Actually, is it possible to run the HF-21 off an MM210? Wishful thinking I know. Thanks.
