Hooking up spoolgun

I have a spoolmatic 30,am going to run it off of a 301g trailblazer.I have the wc-24 control box.Do i run the welder in the remote control position or the panel position?the control box plugs in to the 14 pin plug.but it controls the power to the gun not the CV.power. any help would be appreciated as i am dying to try this thing.

Hey boilerman, I believe that you want to use the remote position, with your spoolgun..
