Frustrated w/ mm350p in pulse mode

Has anyone out there had problems w/ their 350p in pulse mode? Mine welds beautifully in mig mode but not with a crap in pulse mode. I only run 3/64 aluminum. I have used millers recommended settings and all different settings with the arc length and arc [email protected] 200 ipm it is not getting enough wire and above that it shorts out.
I also noticed that in my owners manual there is no mention of crater fill settings but the new manuals have information about it.

What gas are you using? Argon? What flavor of Alum are you welding? We use a 350p quite often and are extremely happy. How about your inductance setting? Pre\post flow? Rev.

I haven't had any problems either. There was a small update with a calibration of the pull gun and the machine but it didn't affect many units. What is your ser# and how old is it? Also, what pull gun are you using?

Thanks for the interest in helping but it is now fixed, I'm not sure how though ( I think bouncing down the road on my truck knocked some sense into it). I've had this for about 9 months and it never would weld in pulse properly so I always just used mig mode, I finally got fed up and took it to the stealer for repair, we plugged it in and it hummed right along. Took it back home checked my voltage at the outlet.. 240v. Plugged it in and its screamin', sure wish it worked properly when I bought it... what a machine, went from regrettin to grinnin!
