Plasma Air Filter / Dryer

I have a question about my new RFI dryer that I got today.

When you connect the air hose are you supposed to hear air going through the dryer when the cutter isn't even plugged in. ( an AIRFORCE 625 )

Sounds like a leak to me. Mix some soap and water in a spray bottle and spray around the seals and the fittings.

Thats what I am thinking. The air sounds like it is leaking internally (sp) (coming from under the top) Also I noticed that the housing moves down a little bit and locks againist the metal guard when the air is applied. ( I might have just figured it out). I will check it out more tomorrow. Thanks for the quick reply.
