  • Dan's Welds

    Dan,

I've reading these posts since the summer when I got my MM210. And over the past couple months, I've used your pictures as the holly-grail of what welds should look like. Thanks!

I don't want to sound too much like a butt-kisser, but everytime I see a picture of your welds, I get reallt excited and this surge of motivation. So many times I don't even "read" the posts until I'm done looking at the pictures!

I wish you could assemble a post - called "Dan's greatest Beads" - with all the settings, thicknesses, etc published. I would download them and put them into a reference manual.

My complimetns on such great Welds "O' Brother In Blue..."

Dan recently gave me some advise on weld beads with my MM210. Since then I have been trying to stick to a cursive "l" type weave. I to have printed a picture that Dan posted (weld beads & red pen with looping "l"s to put in the shop for reference.

    Thanks Dan

Also printed 1 of Andy's chassis pics for reference. Will be very helpful when it's time to add to my roll cage...
