Water Cooler pump
Edco sells rebuilt Proconn pumps for a song. I got one to replace a leaky pump on my Bernard cooler for about 35 bucks. 3150 Scott Street
Vista Ca 92081 800 559 0415 If you are homebrewing a cooler you will have to work out the details on mounting and driving the pump. I ended up with a rebuilt Bernard off ebay costing about 180 bucks when I was all done.

You should look at an aquarium tank pump. My good friend used one to rig a cooler for his old deltaweld. I know its not a tig but the pump will work the same for you. He also used the radiator out of a small car. Worked really good and was very quiet. He mounted it about 6 inches behind the machine and used the deltawelds internal fan to cool the rad. I dont know what TIG machine you have but thought this setup might work for you. Especially if you have fan on demand as the cooler fan does not need to run all the time. Even the new intergrated coolers on the syncrowaves dont run the fan all the time.
