The Dialarc wasn't tested in this configuration. Not sure how it will work but I think it will work. It by no means is a great mig set up and will be a bit more spattery than a dedicated mig unit.

Hello all, I see some familiar names on this forum.
I have a Dialarc 250 coupla years old, I don't get alot of use out of it and was considering the 3045 feeder, been searching for info on this type of setup, but not getting much luck. I like the price on this feeder, but should I be stepping up to a better unit??????????
So the question is, has anyone done this combination, should I be looking at a different feeder. I would be using .035 wire with gas. Anyone have the same welder and add a feeder???????
