you will not pull too much from the plug but i would look for 1 that is atleast rated for 20A the dyn will pull 30A on 110v with a 150A output
but if you dont go over 110A out put it will pull 20A input with 110A output at 100% duty cycle

so if you intend to stay under 110A then a 20A receptical will be fine

if you can get a 30A recptical go for it as 29.7A is max draw

Hi, Newbie to TIG, I just got my 200DX and have a question. I'm going to use it strictly on a 120 v (single phase), so the my question is can I use any 120 v receptacle or does it have to be rated at a certain AMPS? Like can I run to Home Depot and buy one of those receptacles? Thanks.
