Idealarc SP250...What is it worth..?

I have a chance to buy this machine and wanted some professional opinions on how much to pay for it. It has only been used for home use. I have not welded with it but it turns on and all the displays works ok. It looks in nice shape and not beat up. Thanks, Jim
