I'm not to sure the exact amount of extra cost they price it at around $170.00 it basically converts the machine from a single to dual rack.
Now it just comes with the mm210 and mm251 when you order the model with spoolgun included.
So you want to compare this model pricing, with the cost of the base model, and see how much the difference is, then compare that to the cost of a spoolgun seperately.
See cyber weld sells the 3035 gun for $433
1725 - 1199 = $526 price difference at brwelder
$526-433 = $93 for the dual cylinder rack if your buying the mm210 kit.
Just an example, if you can build it for cheaper than $93.00, and tailor it more to your liking then have at it!!!!
You might even have alot of the supplies around, so it might only cost you $30-50 to build.
Personally I would be buying the kit, it would cost me more to build it.
Teeps,
I'm just not the spoolgun type. I've got a second M25 gun with a Teflon liner in it and a second flowmeter/regulator. I just want to add the second cylinder.
it would be prity easy to just add/change your setup into a dule tank setup.
just sit down draw up what you got and play with it till it will work for you the way you want it and then fab it up
thanks for the help

For the top, I took a 1-1/4" chunk of 8" well casing and split it, and welded the two "C's" together. Then I took the factory single bracket, and cut it to fit the new double and welded it together. That way I could use the same bolts and holes as the factory unit.
The base is 11 ga. diamond plate, cut to slip inside the existing tray, with a few notches to fit over the axle, and a 1" lip around to keep tanks from getting loose. It has to be high enough to clear the rear wheels.
Take a chain, and have at it. I split off a link and welded it to one side, then a 20" piece welded to the other, and a split coupling to join them.
If you need any specific pics, I can do that too. Brian
Brian C Great Job Nice set up.. I really don't like the factory 2 bottle setup due to the fact it widens the cart to a really funny size in the rear. Brian's set up much more practical for my shop, now wherew can I score some 8" casing?
