    wheeled guid is all i have but it came with 2 incerts and it seemed that it had to go in a certin way . that might be it.

    the 1 in the miller book showes 3 diferent incert's try playing with the way it goes in.


    if all else fails you couls grind down some of the ataching ring to alow the torch to set in ferther. (i would hope that is not needed )

    Thought maybe I should ask this question again. Either nobody at Miller understood my question or I am the only person to ever purchase one of these guides.

    I purchased a Spectrum 375 at a farm show and it came with a cutting guide (#194883) that works very good. This guide is adjustable for height so that I can obtain my 1/16" clearance. I later purchased the circle cutting guide (#195981). Tonight I finally had the need to cut a circle so I got out the circle cutting guide and started setting it up. It was then that I discovered the minimum clearance I could obtain was about 3/16". This of course is more than what the book recommends ( 1/16" to 1/8" clearance ).
