Info on Spoolmatic 3 spool gun?

A friend at work says he came across one in a trade, wanted to use it on his Snap-On mig but can't, asked if I'd be interested. Can anyone tell me something/anything about it? Is it a good gun? Can I use it on my new MM210? Any idea what it might be worth?

It was really designed for the MM200 series machines. It has it's own pcb inside the unit for wire speed control and the MM210 uses the inside pcb for spoolgun control. I'd have to look at the schematics but it would be a rig job.
