on aluminum or steel or bolth ???
after you ground your tungsten did you make shoure it was smooth? did you grind in the direction of the tip?
if on aluminum did you put a small flat on the end of the tip?
if you ground on your bench grinder did you use a stone that is only for tungs.?
what setings are you on?
can you give us some more feedback?
